The Military Diet, also known as the 3-Day Diet, is a three-day weight loss program.  People who follow this program can lose up to 10 pounds in three days.  The diet is praised for its rapid weight loss, as well as its simple structure.

The Military Diet consists of a strict eating plan that you must follow for three days.  After the three days, you should resume normal eating for four to five days.
